By a 3-prime anchored scan that weights identity toward the 3-prime end, which is what determines whether a primer extends. Every hit reports its identity, mismatches and position rather than a yes or no.

Primer Library

The oligos you already own, kept with the constructs they belong to. Each primer carries its lifecycle state and its melting temperature, an order cart exports as a CSV or an IDT bulk upload, and any primer in the library can be run against the open sequence to see where it actually binds.

What it runs on

The library and the binding scan run on the golden-validated `@ports/primer` engine, including the order-CSV round trip. The panel runs on @ports/oligo-structure, @ports/primer, @ports/synthesis.

Everything runs client-side. Files are parsed in the browser and projects are saved on this machine, so an unpublished sequence is never uploaded.
